Violation of Act; Penalty.

Sec. 7.
Every owner, manager, agent or person in charge of a hotel, who shall fail to comply with any of the provisions of this act, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined not less than 25 dollars nor more than 50 dollars, or shall be imprisoned in the county jail for not less than 30 days nor more than 60 days, or both, and every day that such a hotel is carried on in violation of this act shall constitute a separate offense.
