Sec. 108. Debts of a township divided or altered as provided in this chapter shall be apportioned in the same manner as the personal property of the township. After the apportionment of the debts, each township shall be charged with and pay its share of the debts, according to the apportionment. History: Add. 1989, Act 77, Imd. Eff. June 20, 1989
