Sec. 4. This act does not apply to either of the following: (a) A program that provides early intervention services under part C of the individuals with disabilities education act, 20 USC 1431 to 1444. (b) A program that provides a 1-time home visit or infrequent home visits, such as a home visit for a newborn child or a child in preschool. History: 2012, Act 291, Eff. Mar. 28, 2013
