Sec. 6. A charitable organization shall notify the attorney general within 30 days of any change in the information required to be furnished under section 3. A report shall be filed and signed by the president or other authorized officer and the chief fiscal officer of the organization. History: 1975, Act 169, Imd. Eff. July 20, 1975
