Sec. 17. This act shall not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 82nd Legislature are enacted into law: (a) House Bill No. 4971. (b) House Bill No. 4973. (c) House Bill No. 4974. (d) House Bill No. 4975. (e) House Bill No. 4976. History: 1984, Act 34, Eff.
