Administration of Oath of Office.

Sec. 4.
The oath of office of any member or officer of the senate or house of representatives may be administered by, and taken and subscribed before, the secretary of the senate, the clerk of the house of representatives, any justice of the supreme court, the lieutenant governor, the president pro tempore of the senate, or the speaker of the house of representatives.
