Sec. 6. As used in this act: (a) "Block" means block as that term is used by the United States department of commerce, bureau of the census in conducting the 2010 decennial census. (b) "Tract" means tract as that term is used by the United States department of commerce, bureau of the census in conducting the 2010 decennial census. History: 2001, Act 116, Eff.
