Sec. 130. In applying and construing this chapter, states that enact a statute on uniform electronic legal material as provided for in this chapter shall consider the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter. History: Add. 2018, Act 488, Imd. Eff. Dec. 27, 2018
