Michigan Code § 388.936

State Loans to School District; False Statements, Concealment; Penalty.

Sec. 6.
Any person who shall knowingly make any false statement or conceal any material information for the purpose of obtaining a loan under the provisions of this act, or use the proceeds of a loan or any portion thereof for any purpose not authorized by this act shall be guilty of a felony.
