Sec. 207. (1) A community college shall pay the employer's contributions to the Michigan public school employees' retirement system created by the public school employees retirement act of 1979, 1980 PA 300, MCL 38.1301 to 38.1437. This payment is a condition of receiving funds appropriated under this article. (2) A community college shall not pay an employer's contribution to more than 1 retirement fund providing benefits for an employee. History: Add. 2011, Act 62, Eff.
