Sec. 201h. In addition to funds appropriated under section 201(4)(b) as amended by 2023 PA 103 and 2023 PA 320, for fiscal year 2023-2024 only, $1,300,000.00 is appropriated from the state school aid fund for payments to participating community colleges. A community college that receives money under this section shall use that money solely for the purpose of offsetting the normal cost contribution rate. History: Add. 2024, Act 120, Imd. Eff.
