***** 388.1661p THIS SECTION IS REPEALED BY ACT 120 OF 2024 EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2024 ***** Sec. 61p. (1) From the state school aid fund money appropriated under section 11, there is allocated an amount not to exceed $5,000,000.00 for 2023-2024 only for a community district that was created as described under section 383 of the revised school code, MCL 380.383, for renovations and essential structural improvements for a foreign language immersion and cultural studies school.
