***** 388.1661n THIS SECTION IS REPEALED BY ACT 120 OF 2024 EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2024 ***** Sec. 61n. (1) From the state school aid fund money appropriated under section 11, there is allocated an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00 for 2023-2024 only for Waverly Community Schools for renovation planning and construction capital costs for a high school auditorium.
