Sec. 682. Subject to section 681(4), an intermediate school board operating under sections 681 to 690 may direct that the question of increasing the millage limit on the annual property tax levied for area vocational-technical education be submitted to the intermediate school electors of the intermediate school district. The election shall be called and conducted in accordance with section 661. The ballot shall be substantially in the following form: "Shall the __________ mill limitation on the annual property tax previously approved by the electors of ________________________________________________________, (legal name of intermediate school district) state of Michigan, for the establishment and operation of area vocational-technical education programs be increased by __________ mills?
