Sec. 1725. An intermediate school board operating under sections 1722 to 1729 shall prepare annually a special education budget which shall be in the same form as that provided for local school districts. The budget shall be delivered to the county clerks of the counties in which the intermediate school district is located. The county clerk receiving the budget shall deliver it to the tax allocation board in the same manner as local school district budgets are handled. History: 1976, Act 451, Imd. Eff.
