Sec. 22. Upon retirement for disability, as provided in section 21, a member who has attained age 60 shall receive a service retirement allowance as provided for in section 20. Notwithstanding that he or she may not have 10 years of credited service, he or she shall be credited with 10 years of service. History: 1943, Act 240, Eff. July 30, 1943 ;-- Am. 1944, 1st Ex.
