Sec. 31. The board shall, in addition to all other powers and duties arising out of this act and not otherwise specifically reserved or delegated to others, have the powers and duties designated in sections 32 to 44, inclusive, of this act. History: 1957, Act 261, Eff. Sept. 27, 1957
