Sec. 209. A contract to which this state, or a political subdivision, or an agency of this state or of a political subdivision of this state is a party shall contain a covenant by the contractor and any subcontractors not to discriminate against an employee or applicant for employment with respect to hire, tenure, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment, or a matter directly or indirectly related to employment, because of a disability that is unrelated to the individual's ability to perform the duties of a particular job or position.
