Sec. 7. Notice. Upon the filing of a petition for the appointment of a guardian, under the provisions of this act, the court shall cause such notice to be given as is provided by law. If demanded, jury trial shall not be denied. History: 1937, Act 321, Imd. Eff. July 27, 1937 ;-- CL 1948, 35.77
