Sec. 2. As used in this act: (a) "Department" means the department of military and veterans affairs. (b) "Director" means the director of the department. (c) "Fund" means the veterans cemetery fund created in section 5. History: 2022, Act 267, Imd. Eff. Dec. 22, 2022
