Sec. 9. A person who wilfully makes a false statement in the application for benefits under the provisions of this act is guilty of a felony, and shall be imprisoned for not less than 1 year nor more than 3 years. History: 1974, Act 370, Imd. Eff. Dec. 23, 1974
