Sec. 402. As used in this article: (a) "Expiration date" means the date prescribed in rules promulgated by the department in accordance with section 202(2). (b) "Reinstatement" means the granting of a license or registration, with or without limitations or conditions, to a person whose license or registration has been revoked. (c) "Relicensure" means the granting of a license to a person whose license has lapsed for failure to renew the license within 60 days after the expiration date. (d) "Reregistration" means the granting of a registration to a person whose registration has lapsed for failure to renew the registration within 60 days after the expiration date.
