Sec. 10. The department may charge a $10.00 fee for correcting its records and issuing a new document when a person notifies the department of a change of name, address, or employer. If the change does not require the issuance of a new document, no charge shall be made for correcting the department's records. History: Add. 1988, Act 461, Eff.
