Opioid-Related Overdose Fatalities; Report.

Sec. 7421.
By February 1 each year, the department of community health shall ascertain, document, and publish a report on the number, trends, patterns, and risk factors related to opioid-related overdose fatalities that occurred in this state in the preceding calendar year. The department shall include in the report information on interventions that would be effective in reducing the rate of fatal or nonfatal opioid-related overdoses in this state.
