License; Annual Fee; Compliance; Display.

Sec. 6237.
Until October 1, 2027, the department shall assess a $500.00 fee for licenses on an annual basis upon determining that the applicant has complied with this part and rules promulgated under this part. A licensee shall prominently display the license while it is in effect.
