Conveyance of Assets; Liens, Claims, or Interests.

Sec. 8.
Except for taxes otherwise imposed by the state or a political subdivision of the state, the conveyance of assets permitted under this act is free and clear of any liens, claims, or interests of the state or of a person claiming through or under the state.
