Sec. 2. As used in this act: (a) "Breast and cervical cancer control program" or "program" means the comprehensive program implemented in 1991 by the department pursuant to a grant from the federal centers for disease control and prevention to provide certain women with access to life-saving cancer screening services and follow-up care, including cancer treatment if necessary. (b) "Department" means the department of community health. (c) "Fund" means the Amanda's fund for breast cancer prevention and treatment created in section 3. History: 2007, Act 134, Imd. Eff.
