Sec. 2497. Upon a finding that a local health department is not able to provide or to demonstrate the adequate provision of 1 or more of the required services, or fails to meet the requirements of this part or the rules promulgated under this part, the department may issue an administrative compliance order to the local health department's local governing entity.
