Michigan Code § 333.16227

Suspension or Revocation of License or Registration; Other Sanction or Action.

Sec. 16227.
(1) For an offense committed within 2 years after a previous offense of the same kind, a disciplinary subcommittee shall suspend the license or registration for a period of at least 180 days or revoke the license or registration.
(2) Section 16226 and this section do not limit any other sanction or additional action a disciplinary subcommittee is authorized to impose or take.
