Disclosure of Confidential Information; Violation; Civil Action; Remedies.

Sec. 11.
If an overdose fatality review team member knowingly discloses confidential information in violation of this act, a person aggrieved by that violation may bring a civil action for damages and any costs and reasonable attorney fees allowed by the court.
