Acts or Functions Conducted by Mental Health Professional; Prohibition.

Sec. 901.
A mental health professional shall not perform an act, task, or function within the field of mental illness or developmental disability unless he or she has been trained to perform the act, task, or function, or is acting under the direct supervision of an individual who has been trained to perform the act, task, or function.
