Michigan Code § 330.1522

Compensation for Independent Medical or Psychological Examiner.

Sec. 522.
An independent medical or licensed psychological examiner appointed for an individual under this chapter shall, if the individual is indigent, be compensated by the county's community mental health services program in an amount that is reasonable and based upon time and expenses.
