Sec. 238. If an executive director or a board specifically so requests, any action by the department involving a disapproval of a community mental health services program's proposed contract and operating budget, in whole or in part, or involving an allocation of funds to a community mental health services program or a withdrawal of funds from a community mental health services program, shall be reviewed in consultation with the affected executive director or board before the action is considered a final action. In any consultation, the representative of the community mental health services program shall be afforded a full opportunity to present his or her position. History: 1974, Act 258, Eff.
