Sec. 158a. Family support subsidy payments shall not be alienable by assignment, sale, garnishment, execution, or otherwise, and in the event of bankruptcy shall not pass to or through a trustee or any other person acting on behalf of creditors. History: Add. 1984, Act 186, Imd. Eff. July 3, 1984
