Sec. 80316. Manufacturers and importers shall appoint and authorize agents who shall sign manufacturer's or importer's certificates. The secretary of state may require that a certified copy of a list containing the names and the facsimile signatures of authorized agents be furnished to him or her. The secretary of state may prescribe the form of authorization to be used by manufacturers or importers and the method of certification of the names of agents. History: Add. 1995, Act 58, Imd. Eff.
