Sec. 80220. (1) Not later than April 30, 2000, the secretary of state shall begin tracking individual offenses of this part. (2) In order to accomplish the tracking requirement described in subsection (1), the secretary of state shall do both of the following: (a) Pursue and implement a comprehensive technology system.
