Sec. 62517. A person who violates this part is subject to a fine of not more than $1,000.00, and each day that the violation continues constitutes a separate offense. The penalty shall be recovered by suit brought by the supervisor of mineral wells. A person aiding in a violation of this part or a rule promulgated under this part is subject to the same penalties as prescribed in this section. History: Add. 1995, Act 57, Imd. Eff.
