Sec. 61736. A person who violates this part or any rule, regulation, or order promulgated under this part is subject to a penalty of not more than $1,000.00, and each day a violation continues after notice by the supervisor constitutes a separate offense. The penalty shall be recovered by suit brought by the supervisor. Any penalty assessed under this section shall be credited to the general fund. History: Add. 1995, Act 57, Imd. Eff.
