Sec. 61733. Any witness summoned by subpoena or by written request of the supervisor and attending any hearing called by the supervisor is entitled to the same fees and travel expense as provided by law for attending the circuit court in any civil matter or proceeding. The fees and travel expense of witnesses subpoenaed at the instance of the supervisor shall be paid by the persons filing the petition. History: Add. 1995, Act 57, Imd. Eff.
