Sec. 4909. Notwithstanding any other provision of this part or of any rule of the department, compliance with sections 4909 to 4912 is a prerequisite to the making of a grant under this part. Sections 4909 to 4912 provide procedures for establishing the priority of eligible projects and for certifying projects for grants for construction of collecting sewers. History: 1994, Act 451, Eff.
