Sec. 4903. A fund to be known as the state sewer construction fund is established to be used for state grants to local agencies for their construction of collecting sewers. Grants shall be made only for collecting sewers on which contracts for construction were awarded prior to the exhaustion of the fund. History: 1994, Act 451, Eff.
