Sec. 34120. The irrigation board shall proceed to secure the lands or rights-of-way necessary for the irrigation project. If the lands or rights-of-way cannot be secured by negotiation, then the irrigation board may proceed under section 34104. History: Add. 1995, Act 59, Imd. Eff.
