Michigan Code § 324.31709

Exceptions.

Sec. 31709.
This part does not apply to a potential groundwater dispute involving either of the following:
(a) A high-capacity well that is a dewatering well.
(b) A high-capacity well that is used solely for the purpose of fire suppression.
