Sec. 20106. (1) The governor shall include in his or her annual budget recommendations to the legislature a recommended level of funding to provide for the activities necessary to implement this part. (2) The governor's recommendations under this section shall be accompanied by a site specific description of the extent of known or suspected environmental contamination, the recommended response activities to be undertaken, and an estimate of cost of those response activities.
