Sec. 11705. A tank upon a septage waste vehicle shall be closed in transit to prevent the release of septage waste and odor. The septage waste vehicle and accessory equipment shall be kept clean and maintained in a manner that prevents environmental damage or harm to the public health. History: 1994, Act 451, Eff.
