Sec. 114. During periods of active state service or special duty, the administrative workday shall consist of 24 hours and the administrative workweek shall consist of 7 days for officers and enlisted personnel of the state military establishment. The adjutant general shall prescribe the length of the actual workday and the days of the actual workweek within the administrative workday and workweek. History: Add. 1975, Act 194, Imd. Eff.
