Sec. 134c. (1) An individual subject to this code who sells or furnishes alcoholic liquor to a minor must be punished as a court-martial directs. (2) As used in this section: (a) "Alcoholic liquor" means that term as defined in section 105 of the Michigan liquor control code of 1998, 1998 PA 58, MCL 436.1105.
