Michigan Code § 32.1131c

Obstruction of Justice; Adverse Administrative Proceeding; Punishment.

Sec. 131c.
An individual subject to this code who, having reason to believe that an adverse administrative proceeding is pending against another individual subject to this code, wrongfully acts with the intent to influence, impede, or obstruct the conduct of the proceeding, or otherwise to obstruct the due administration of justice, must be punished as a court-martial directs.
