Michigan Code § 32.1121

Depriving Owner of Property or Money; Larceny; Punishment.

Sec. 121.
(1) An individual subject to this code who unlawfully takes, obtains, or withholds from the United States, this state, any other state, or any person, any property, money, or article of any kind with the intent to permanently deprive the owner of the property, money, or article of any kind, is guilty of larceny.
(2) An individual who violates this section must be punished as a court-martial directs.
