Sec. 108. (1) A person subject to this code shall not, without proper authority, do any of the following: (a) Sell or otherwise dispose of military property of the United States or this state. (b) Willfully or negligently damage, destroy, or lose military property of the United States or this state. (c) Willfully or negligently allow damage, destruction, or loss of military property of the United States or this state.
